Wow it's sure been a long time since I last blogged here. No, I didn't abandon my dear blog... I guess it was a kind of 'I forgot to blog', which sounds stupid. Or a lack of inspiration. Fortunately (or unfortunately) for you readers out there (which probably numbers at 0), inspiration to write on this New Year's Eve (or Old Year's End) has hit me like the horrible loud music echoing from my neighbour's rowdy celebrations. 2009 was as uneventful as a re-read Dan Brown book for me, and this was emphasised by the apparent lack of blog entries on this blog. Yes, I started uni and moved on from high school, but it wasn't that much of a difference either (besides the fact that I got to sleep in a lot more). In all honesty, I think 2009 was probably one of the more terrible years I've been through (out of all 18). It was harder to immerse myself in my studies and ignore the social aspect of my life, which has both improved and 'deteriorated'. Studying a course that doesn't interest me very much has closed off the escape that I had from studying. Oh, it's midnight! HAPPY NEW YEAR! Anyway... Here's to hoping that 2010 would be less shitty than 2009! Or I will probably die of drowning in sewerage. On another note, I shall be back in singapore probably from the 16th of Jan to the 4th of Feb. Wish it could be longer, but due to a lack of accommodation, I really have not much choice :(. 11:51 PM
