Bleh. I am feeling rather depressed at the moment, and yes, I shall elaborate. I was sitting alone, reading 'One flew over the cuckoo's nest' outside the school library and eating my muesli bar, when 2 teachers approached me. It was really intimidating, so I was like 'what the hell's going on' in my head. One's the HOL, and the other's the Head of House. So they were like 'are we interrupting your reading?' Obviously they were, but I was like 'no, it's fine...'. Of course I couldn't say 'Get your arse out of my face' even though I really wanted to, so as the nice and polite girl, I just said it was fine. They then interrogated me about whether I was always around friends during recess, and I was like yes... It's true, since I was just too engrossed in the book to want to do anything else. So they were like telling me that if I needed help, I could just approach them, and I was like OK... and went like 'what the hell does this have to do with them?' in my head. It's so clear that the school here 'discriminates' against those who are different from them, and those who are not 'popular'. Thinking about this 2 issues would just be like the Catch 22 syndrome. For those who are ignorant, that means that it's a cyclical conundrum, which means it's a circular logic, which is a 'no-win situation'. As much as I would like to use the Occam's razor, I am unable to do so, since well... Back to the subject. I just feel it in the atmosphere, and it makes me really uncomfortable, but I just can't do anything about it. Bleh. Maybe I'm destined to be an anti-socialist bast*rd for the rest of my life. Just ignore what I say at the moment as I am just feeling really depressed. Sorry for taking up your precious time to read my unworthy rantings. 8:04 PM
